Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on how long your toys will last?

Every dog interacts with toys differently. Some dogs like to cuddle with their toys, while others might chew them vigorously. Just like your favorite pair of shoes that eventually wear out, the same goes for dog toys.

 

Always supervise your dog during playtime. Flivor.Store products should be periodically inspected for damage. Please do not let your pet continue playing with a toy that is broken or damaged.

 

Flivor.Store cannot guarantee any toy against chewing, as no dog toy is indestructible.

 

SHIPPING

 

When will my order ship?

 

Once your order is placed, it will be processed, packed, and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed within 1-3 business days from the following Monday. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Please allow at least 1-5 business days for your order to be processed during the holiday season.

 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

 

Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days. While we can’t guarantee delivery dates, orders typically arrive on the East Coast within 1-2 business days and on the West Coast within 1-5 business days after shipping. Tracking information will be provided via email.

 

What shipping methods do you use?

 

We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for domestic orders, depending on your preference, and USPS for international orders. If you need expedited shipping or are shipping internationally via UPS or FedEx, please reach out to us for arrangements.

 

Where’s my order?

 

You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the “My Account” page on Flivor.Store and selecting “View Order Status.” Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If you cannot locate your item with the provided tracking information, email us at [email protected] for assistance.

 

Note: Once an order is delivered to the correct shipping  address, Flivor.Store cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

 

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. However, you can request to cancel your order and place a new one. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please contact us immediately at [email protected], including your order number in your request.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

 

Yes, we ship worldwide! All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or fees that may apply. Shipping costs vary by address and order weight. You can receive an accurate shipping quote at checkout before entering payment information.

 

SIZING

 

How do I size my dog?

 

Flivor.Store sizes are based on the length of your dog, measured from the base of the neck to just before the tail. We also use secondary measurements to ensure proper fit for your dog’s chest and neck. Please consult our sizing chart guide before placing your order.

 

What if your clothes don’t fit my dog?

 

We aim to create sizes that fit all breeds, but some unique breeds may require special consideration. If your item doesn’t fit, we offer refunds for new and unused items. Check out our full return policy.
