Returns Policy – Flivor.Store

 

Flivor will only accept returns for items in their original condition. This means the merchandise must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and still have the original tags attached. Absolutely no items will be accepted for a refund if they have pet hair on them.

 

None. Zip. Nada. NO pet hair!

 

(After all, would you want to receive a sweater or pajamas covered in someone else’s pet hair? We didn’t think so!)

 

If you would like to make a return, simply mail the item back to Flivor.Store and include the packing slip you received. The customer is responsible for all return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We generally process returns within 1-3 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within approximately 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If an item is received not in its original condition (upon inspection) OR after the 14-day return period, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

 

Exchanges

 

Flivor no longer accepts exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order for the item you want and return the one you no longer need for a refund.
